PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope of work, project requirements, timeline, and complexity of services requested. Certain projects may require custom quotes or negotiated pricing arrangements.

Invoices are generally due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, milestone-based payments or deposits may be required before services begin.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services until outstanding balances are resolved.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed and expenses incurred.

Any completed work or services already rendered are non-refundable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and any materials reasonably necessary for the completion of services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials, content, and deliverables created by MAC TN Group Inc. remain the intellectual property of MAC TN Group Inc. until full payment has been received.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAC TN Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While we strive to provide high-quality consulting services, MAC TN Group Inc. does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial performance, or results.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
